Now that the Christmas holiday is over next up on the Calendar is NYE 2011! I wanted to give a few tips on looking amazing...whether or not your going to the hottest party in town or staying home with your sweetie.
As always first up is sloughing off that dead skin, I really can't say enough of this beauty ritual that is soooo good for your skin on many levels. Besides doing it for your sunless tan it can help with breakouts, dry skin and even lessen unevenness in the skin tone. To give your skin more TLC and ease dry skin would be to add some essential oils to your bath, keeping the water warm not HOT which is even more drying to the epidermis. After your bath make sure to pat dry with your towel as you would when you have your sunless glow to help seal in the oils from your bath. Follow up with a high quality lotion to seal in even more moisture...your skin will feel amazing. One easy and free thing you can do for your skin is to make sure you drink enough water. Keeping hydrated from the inside out is very important for glowing skin, it will also help your sunless tan last longer as well. My clients that use a good lotion and drink adequate amounts of H2O notice a difference in their tan lasting longer, taking more evenly (less dry patchy areas) So drink up gals! Finally when you have made these tips part of your beauty regimen the difference in how you will feel about the biggest organ on you will be amazing. Confidence in how you feel about yourself is sexy...period! Cheers Lovelies!

Being a Mom myself its defiantly been an adventure to say the least! Being in the sunless industry for as long as I have has also let me help alot of Mom's feel just a little sexier, more self confident and just pretty about themselves.
Whether its going on vacation to Hawaii or putting on a cocktail dress after losing the baby weight...which is a celebration in itself!! As the seasons change I personally start to feel a little pasty and kind of blah at the thought of a NW winter on the horizon. Its actually my favorite time of year to have a sunless tan, picks me up and puts a smile on my face. The biggest change that you need to remember is to go lighter than in the summer months so thats its not obvious that you just got a spray tan. As a Mom any thing that makes you feel better, sexier, prettier or makes you smile is all good!! I think the men in your life would agree as well. ;) Mom's you want to make sure that if your nursing that when you get one that you cover up your nipples as its a membrane directly into your bloodstream. NOT something you need in your body while breastfeeding or pumping! I always have my pregnant Mom's to be wear a mask during their session and I also have protective eye glasses if needed as well. One note is to stay OUT of the spray booths while you are pregnant, inhaling that thick mist is not good for you or little on on board!! Ask your doc he will agree, get a professionally applied sunless tan. This is not the time to go the inexpensive route. So for all the Mom's when you need a little pick-me-up try some sunless for some sexy glow just for you and the other benefits (boyfriend, husband or partner thinking you look smokin hot!!) are not bad either... Cheers Moms! I recently have been seeing a new way to offer my clients who necessarily don't want to much color but to help correct uneven skin tones or tan lines from the summer sun.
Sunless can do this in a realistic way as long as you stay on the lighter side its very natural looking. As we go from summer to fall you can still add some depth with sunless and with the rich colors for fall a sexy glow is a must accessory!! I have also seeing an increase in Brides who just want to even out their skin tone versus looking tan or my fave is to work with my Brides and a Professional Makeup artist of course for your day so that all is beautifully matched. The sunless when kept light takes the edge off the flashes as night falls as well and if your getting married in the evening I highly recommend a subtle glow so your not washed out with lighting and the many camera flashes! Cheers Lovelies! Not sure where time goes hard to beleve its the middle of February already...next thing ya know it will be July! I wanted to put out a little good JuJu and say so far its been a good year, doing lots of clients going on vacation,,,(So jealous) but excited for them :)

Thank you to all my wonderful clients and letting me continue to do what I love to do! Keep you sunless N sexy is so fun for me! Yes you! lately I have found that my clients have been telling me how pretty they feel, how more confident they feel and the best Sexy! Their husbands and boyfriends love them with a "safe tan" and the little tan line are so fun too...or not up to you. Its also cool because many of the men are like "your not going to be orange are you?" then the next day I get the gals telling me how much their guy loved it too...sweet!
Women are so hard on themselves that if I can help do anything to make you feel more in love with you then sign me up!!! I recently tanned the gals for the charity event Get Hitched Give Hope which took place last week. It was fun tanning all the gals and to see how excited they were about getting some glow, they were such a great group of women and I hope they raised lots for breast cancer research. In the name of being a Sexy Girlfriend (even if your married!) and being a little more outgoing and flirtatious is something you crave...give me ring and lets get you some glow baby! |
